When should I start shopping?
Dresses take about 6-7 months to arrive after they have been ordered and typically Brides want a minimum of 2 months for alterations; this would make the absolute minimum amount of time 9 months before your wedding. That being said there are some variables that may make you want to start shopping a little earlier ex: bigger alterations that will take longer like adding sleeves, or wanting to plan some of the other bigger items for your wedding day. If you have less than 9 months until your wedding day, don’t stress out, we have a few ways we can help you say yes still! All of our gowns can be purchased off the rack, we can rush a dress or we can check stock with our designers.
Who should I bring with me?
There is no limit at OUATW to how many people you can bring with you to your appointment. However, we recommend only bringing your most important people that you know you can’t say yes without. Sometimes too many people are too many opinions that can make brides feel overwhelmed or rushed.
How much do gowns cost?
The cost of gowns very much varies based on the designer, amount of detail, quality of fabric, etc. Our dresses range from just under 1000 up to 2,400. For a better idea on this, our website has pricing guides and we have done a video on Instagram to show you what these differences can look like!
Do I need an appointment?
One of the things that make OUTW different than other bridal stores is how much prep work we do for our brides! Your bridal experience actually starts long before you come to the store! For this reason, to receive the full experience, we do suggest that you book an appointment. We will do our absolute best to accommodate last-minute or same-day appointments and even walk-ins where we can. But we do strongly suggest booking in. You can do so by clicking here.
What can I expect at my appointment?
To fall in love with a dress! But more than falling in love with a gown, we also want you to fall in love with the experience. You can expect a warm welcome, and a private Bridal Suite which has been made to feel like a cozy living room with a couch, fireplace, larger-than-life mirror, and your own built-in fitting room. You can also expect a stylist to be 1-on-1 with you and your entourage for the full hour and a half!
Are appointments free?
Our standard bridal appointment is absolutely free. These can be booked during the week and on Saturdays. For those who are looking for an over-the-top experience, we have a few options available:
1: Standard Sunday Bridal Appointment - out of regular store hours, swag bag, 1.5 hours $75, $5o goes towards your gown when purchased at this appointment.
2: Premier Appointment – 1.5 hour appointment time, space to bring your own food and drink and Bridal Swag $125, $75 goes towards your gown when purchased at this appointment.
3: Ultimate VIP Appointment - 2-hour long appointment time, space with food and drink provided, and a Bridal Swag Bag for $250, $125 goes towards your gown when purchased at this appointment.

What sizes do you carry?
All of our dresses can be ordered in sizes 2-32. We firmly believe that every body type is beautiful and strive to carry a wide range of sizes for different Brides to try! Additionally, if a specific dress isn’t in your exact size we do have gadgets to help them fit you well so you can still see the gown. If you are worried about your experience in relation to sizing please do not hesitate to reach out to one of our stylists!
