COVID


To ensure the safety of our staff, brides, and all our families, we have implemented several safety policies to ensure everyone gets down the aisle healthy, happy, and feeling fabulous. These measures are informed by Provincial standards, and reviewed by our staff weekly. For the latest information, please reach out to us directly. If you already have an appointment with us, our stylists will reach out to you directly before your appointment to review our safety measures. 

 We ask: 

  • You and your group to all wear a mask throughout the duration of your visit, according to Provincial policies;

  • That you use the available hand sanitizer upon entering our store;

  • Maintain social distancing where possible with those you are not with;

  • Limiting bridal parties present in person to ensure safe store capacity.

We provide: 

  • Each appointment takes place in its own private room (bridal suite) to allow for social distancing between appointments – and personal attention from your stylist;

  • Frequent cleaning of high contact surfaces, including the washrooms, doors, bridal suites, door handles, etc. between uses/contact;

  • All stylists frequently hand wash and sanitize, and wear masks throughout the appointments to assist you in and out of each gown;

  • Our stylists sanitize and clean accessories after they are tried on (veils, belts, jewellery, etc.);

  • Our stylists steam each gown after it is tried on or touched.

  • We provide free Wi-Fi access to Video Call in additional family and friends to your appointment;

  • We can schedule a Zoom meeting (with notice) to video call additional family and friends to your appointment;

  • We have no limit to the number of gowns or styles you can try, as we will clean everything you try until you find “the one!”
